This committee develops the communication strategies that spread the word about the Quebec Social Forum (FSQ).

The Communications committee:

• Develops a communication strategy at national, regional and local levels to explain the relevance of organizing a Social Forum in Quebec
• Liaises with media (traditional and alternative media including print and audiovisual). Particular attention will be given to alternative media involving local community organizations
• Prepares various promotional material for the FSQ (posters, logos, brochures ...)
• Takes care of updating the website
• Writes press releases that reflect the process of organizing FSQ.
